These terms and conditions govern the wholesale supply of electronics products by Sama Al Naher ("the Company") to registered business clients ("the Buyer"). By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these terms.
2. B2B Only
Sama Al Naher operates exclusively as a B2B wholesale distributor. We do not sell to individual consumers. Orders are accepted only from registered businesses, trading companies, retailers, and corporate entities.
3. Pricing & Quotes
All prices are quoted ex-warehouse in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated. Quotes are valid for 48 hours from the date of issue. The Company reserves the right to revise pricing based on market conditions and availability.
4. Orders & Minimum Order Quantity
All orders are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQs) as outlined in our pricing tiers. Orders below the applicable MOQ may not be accepted. Confirmed orders are binding and cannot be cancelled without prior written agreement.
5. Payment
Payment is required in full prior to dispatch unless credit terms have been formally agreed in writing. The Company reserves the right to withhold goods pending receipt of cleared funds.
6. Delivery & Collection
Buyers may collect orders from our premises at Al Sabkha Tower, Deira, Dubai during working hours. Delivery arrangements must be agreed upon in writing. Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon collection or handover to a courier.
7. Product Authenticity
All products supplied are genuine, brand-new, and sourced from authorised supply chains. The Company does not deal in counterfeit, refurbished, or grey-market goods.
8. Returns & Disputes
Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of receipt. The Company will investigate and resolve valid claims at its discretion. No returns are accepted without prior written authorisation.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company's liability is limited to the value of the goods in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from any order or supply.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
